Organic Fruits & Veggies

If you can't buy organic produce then worry no more!!  Use this recipe to make sure all of your fruits and veggies are squeaky clean before you eat them.

Sophie Uliano's Veggie Cleaner Spray

Ingredients

• 1 cup water
• 1 cup distilled white vinegar
• 1 Tbsp. baking soda
• 20 drops of grapefruit seed extract

Combine all ingredients together in a large container.  Then transfer to a spray bottle with a pump.

Spray mixture on produce, then rinse thoroughly after 5 to 10 minutes.

*Get grapefruit seed extract at our local GNC for about $10
*Buy spray bottles at your local Dollar Tree for a $1
