Sorry we missed a giveaway in January. As I've mentioned I was a little busy with birthday's! Thankfully we're back on track.
To Train Up a Child has been such a blessing to our little family. After watching our dear friends use these books to successfully train their children, Mr. Clark and I knew they were for us too. These are the books we've used with our own children and though we have our days, I can honestly say that my children are a joy and a blessing to me. We get so many compliments about Hannah & Samuel as well (not trying to toot my own horn...just trying to convey that they work and that people have unwittingly encouraged us along the way!)
To Train Up a Child is just the first in a set of four books. Using scripture, practical wisdom, examples and encouragement they're certainly a must read for anyone with children or anyone who is expecting.
Here is the "back cover info" from the Pearl's website about their book:
"From successful parents, learn how to train up your children rather than discipline them up. With humor and real-life examples this book shows you how to train your children before the need to discipline arises. Be done with corrective discipline; make them allies rather than adversaries. The stress will be gone and your obedient children will praise you and bring joy and peace into your home. Thousands have testified to the amazing results of these profoundly simple techniques."
So I am giving away not one but TWO copies of this wonderful book!!!

i think my favorite part is...everything! the parts that i seem to struggle with the most are communication (she's delayed there) which leads to a lot of frustration on both of our parts, and disciplining a very strong willed little girl.
I already have the book, but if there was a FB "like" button, I would "love" this giveaway! An incredible blessing!! Thank you, Heather, for being a heavenly fragrance!!
There are lots of things I love about being a parent. I am so thankful that I get to stay home with my children. I love watching them grow and learn! :)
